For many years the Island Natives have known that the secret to the best chowder comes from their native quahog
After 16 years of making and perfecting chowder on Nantucket Island, chef/restauranteur E.J. Harvey has brought his chowder out of the restaurant and made it available year-round. No matter where you are located, just thaw and heat.
Chowder may be kept frozen up to six months
Thaw under refrigeration for 24 hours.
Use thawed chowder within 3 days.
Heat chowder to 170º F. Stir vigorously.
